Sally Hansen #CSMTKO

Today I want to share Sally Hansens Complete Salon Manicure!!! This is the best polish around! They have so many colors! I love that their polishes have high pigmentation & only take 2 coats at the most! You don't need a million coats like other polishes. Another great thing is that it lasts a long time & it doesn't chip easy at all! The applicator brush for this polish is great & makes it easy for you to apply. The best part is you look like you came from the salon when your all done!

I love this product & I would recommend it to any one! My favorite color in this line is Kook-a-mango! It's a lovely red orange :) You can find these products at any drugstore or walmart or even target. Prices start around $8.00

Venus® Embrace Sensitive

I have been using Venus Shavers since I started shaving. They are my go to shaver & I've never had a problem with them! Now Gillette has come out with The Venus Embrace Sensitive! This is my new favorite razor for the Venus shaver family. This is so great if you have sensitive skin. If your like me & have dark, thick hairs & want the smoothest, closest shave then this is your razor! It gives a great close smooth shave every time. Something I really like about this shaver is that it wont leave me with razor burn like other shavers or leave my skin feeling dry & irritated. Another great thing about this product is that they sell packs of the shaver heads so you don't have to keep buying the shaver itself! I would highly recommend this shaver if your in the market for a new one or if your tired of your old brand!

Top 5 ways to use coconut oil

I recently started to use coconut oil in the past couple months. I had always heard about it's benefits & how good it is for you. I can certainly say that coconut oil has changed my life! I buy mine at Whole Foods their 365 brand & I love that it's cheap! Only $10 for a 16 oz jar. So here are my top 5 ways to use coconut oil.

1. Leave in/ overnight hair treatment: I usually use a generous amount on my scalp & hair all the way from roots to tip around 5pm if I'm not going to go any where & I just let it soak up in my hair by the time I go to bed it's already absorbed in my hair & doesn't leave any residue on my pillow. But you can put a towel or shower cap to sleep in if you want. Then in the morning I just take a shower to wash it out. Sometimes I shampoo twice if I feel like it's still oily.

2. Nighttime under eye cream: I like to use a little bit of coconut oil under my eyes to prevent wrinkles

3. Eye makeup remover: Coconut oil does the job when it comes to waterproof eye makeup. You just have to use a cotton ball or cotton round, add a bit of coconut oil place it over your eye for a couple seconds to let it absorb into the makeup & then wipe away! I like to use a facial cleanser like Purity after. Just be careful not to put too much coconut oil or you'll get it in your eye & it will create a thin film blurring your vision for an hour or so.

4. Moisturizer: I like to use this all year round to keep my skin hydrated & soft! Especially during winter when you tend to get really dry skin

5. Homemade scrubs: coconut oil & organic sugar are great ingredients to make body scrubs or lip scrubs!

I hope you enjoyed learning a few ways I like to use coconut oil!

Getting back into the gym!

Today was the 1st day that I've gone back to the gym this year. It felt so good to wake up, get ready & spend some time exercising. I usually go for the elliptical, treadmill, or a class like Zumba! I'm going to try to gradually move into weights to tone up. I'm excited to start going to the gym again & loose some weight & get healthy!

What I wore

I recently bought this purple & neon pink champion workout tank at target & I love it, I bought mine a size bigger because I like to work out in a baggy shirt. Something I like about it is that it has a stay dry technology in the fabric so it keeps you cool & it's a light material. I also wear my yoga pants that I got from styles for less. I like that they're so comfy to work out in & that they're leopard! I use New Balance shoes to the gym because they're super light, don't hurt my feet, & have a super cushioned insole. I'm looking into investing into a pair of Nike's though.

Buxom Full-On Lip Polish

Today I went to Sephora to redeem some points & got Buxom's Full-On Lip Polish in Katie. I've been wanting to try Buxom's lip glosses for a while now, but have been debating if they're all what people say they are. I can definitely say that i will be purchasing White Russian after trying this though!
This Buxom Lip Polish looks like a natural lip or a pale pink lip. It's not sticky, which I absolutely hate when lip glosses are sticky. It also is supposed to have a lip plumper in the formula which creates a minty tingly feeling on your lips. I personally didn't see any lip plumping but I love the formula so I can't complain. This is one of the best glosses I've ever tried & is worth the money.

Sold at Sephora for $20 full size
